How night shift affecting health? Am working in night shift for 5years. Anything that I need to concentrate to avoid problem in future?

Hi, it depends upon one's mental and physical adaptability! many of us do adjust this change and many us don't! you just need to follow the opposite rule to it, means what you were doing the things or work during daytime, do it at night time and vice versa! do take 6-8hrs of sound sleep, 10-12glasses of water is needed by the body in a day, intake of variety of nutritious, healthy and balanced diet should be maintained, do regular cardio exercises like running, cycling, swimming and thus, you can keep yourself mentally and physically fit!
