Yes if you do exercise that reduces your weight than its best, ask your coach to guide you with more cardiovascular activity, more body weight exercises and stretching. Start eating 5 to 10 gram triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. If posiible eat fruits every alternative days (only fruits & juice), consume a light dinner and if possible do not eat anything after sunset (its best if possible). Drink 3 to 4 liter water everyday but make sure you are not drinking water right after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes (strictly). Avoid over oily and spicy food. Avoid excess of sugar, avoid junk & fast food, avoid tea, refined oil, maida, and replace your iodized salt with sendha namak. Walk everyday for 1 hour.
