I am 39 years old (82 kg weight) and on thyronorm 59 mcg. I am having telogen effluvium for almost 11 months now. Tried treatment but no use. I wasn't using any chemical treatment or heat on my hair for this period. But recently I had to colour my hair for a marriage and suddenly for 2 weeks after that I had absolutely no hair fall. But again it started and I saw that it has increased a lot, all on my pillow n bed and on day of washing hair, upto 800 hairs falling off. What's the cause of sudden increase in telogen effluvium? And will it ever stop? I have read of chronic telogen effluvium. Is it this?
