I got covid positive on 1 at jan after which I recovered in 3 days but after 10 days I started getting pain in neck shoulders and chest. So I consulted doctor and ecg echo were done both seemed normal according to the doctor.in my ecg it was mentioned t wave inversion in lead iii for which I am worried kindly guide.
