My question is related to my weight, I mean body weight or in other words my fitness my weight is 53 kgs but in the body I did not look fit person by personality. So what should I do for gain more weight or body fitness?

Hi , we need to include good quality proteins in our diet for good muscle strength and weight gain. For eg. Fish, egg, chicken, dal, legumes, paneer etc. I need to know your detail eating habits so that I can accordingly design a diet plan for you.

Do regular exercise like yoga, muscle building exercise etc. And follow these. Eat extra amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use extra refined foods. Extra protein like egg, fish, meat etc will help you. Add ghee, cream etc with foods. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. No water just before or during meals. Take quality sleep.
