have a desk job and in the last 2years, my weight has gonn up from 75 KGS to 85 KGS, I wan to lose weight. Please help.

During desk job too try to stretch in between. Also have walk of one or two minutes within room itself whenever you have time, say every hr. Keep thermous of boiled water (boiled with some herbs) and drink often. Avoid tea, cofee with sugar. Modify diet accordingly. Purgate with herbal cleansers once a week. Pl consult for herbal combos which are excellent weight shedders. For the time being cranberry juice (sugarless) 1 cup may be added to 1 cup hot water. Drink six to seven times a day esp before breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper, evening tea etc.

Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months
