I am Male aged 34 years, c/o neck pain. Straightning of neck, not able to bend. Mri report: straight of cervical spine noted & multiple cervical disc protrusions indentingtheca encroaching latera recess of nerve root noted c3c4. C5c6c7. Cervical spines are normal, spinal epidural intra, intrer medulla normal? I request you to suggest tt.

Dear if you have any tingling and numbness in your hands then you need to take traction and tens from you physiotherapist along with medications from your neurologist. You also need to change your sleeping and sitting style. Use semisolid pillows, dont sit for more than 30 min at a stretch. Keep stretching your neck. Do neck strengthening exercises take care.

Hi, you could attached your report with this q, fine got it. At age of 34 years what had happened to such multiple protrusions, thats also fine as management is according to cause so i'm intrusive.
