I am 21 year old and vegetarian and I eat well my food but still I can't gain weight well so what can I do for gain weight?

These will be helpful for you. Eat extra. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use refined foods with unrefined. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take extra milk, dairy products etc. Use healthy fats in cooking extra. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Add high calorie foods with diet. Take sleep for 7-8 hours.
