There is one person who can take you out from your current problems! that's you! do not get disheartened, if the life has taken you 3 steps back, then be assured that life will take you many steps forward too. Meet friends & people, develop hobbies; start doing new innovative things & you can join some distance education program also. Its a matter of time. Seek some right medical therapies just to overcome fear. The best therapy is to face it! utilize time in some activity, do not be alone. Start doing meditation, avoid late night sleep, do some fitness yoga and put 2 -2 drops either lukewarm badam rogan or pure cow ghee in your nostrils after getting fresh in the morning.
