Hello recently I had uti infection it was on and off so tested urine culture and report was some pus and epithelial cells r present occasionally so I was sensitive for ciplox 500 I took after complete course I started paining abdomen so did ultrasound of abdomen so reports came no significant abnormalities detected but some corticomedullary differentiation is maintained came in reports so what is it so anything to worry or some problem please suggest me.

Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. It is normal report. There is nothing to worry about.
