1.chronic painful swallowing 4 years problem of 2. Reflux disease pain radiates to back when swallowing pain felt only on left side I tried all sucralfate and anti-inflammatory medication no relief and sometimes it 3 .burning pain lightning type in neck pain appeared when solid food swallowing and water drinking on left side and 4 .i need to clear my throat with sticky mucous sometimes it feels like something put in my throat 5.so much burping after eating food and this causes pain in my phrynx area 6.exercise makes my symptoms ameloirtaed 7. I smoke and chew tobacco since 4 years I am so worried abt malignancy please suggest me diagnosis and test for it.
