Sir I am an over weighed person so I have started to go for a five km walk in the evening. I want to know is it sufficient. And before I go to walk I drink Luke warm water with lemon n honey. Is it fine? And can you tell me after how much time form the walk I should have dinner?

Hye. Water lime won't give energy neither weight loss. Before walk you should have a snack prior about 2 hours or if not then at least a fruit half an hour prior. After walk have dinner within 2 hours.
