I am found covid positive on 10th jan. I don't have any symptoms now except little bit cough. But my bp is 98/160 and 95/149 from last three days. Can any one explain? Why it is so.

It may be unrelated to covid. Maybe you had hypertension and you didn't know it. If you regularly measured it and you have seen this bp for the first time, then let the covid phase pass by. Then measure thenp to take any action.
