Hello. I got a fever on 11 january, 2022 in the evening. I took medicine dolo 650 mg. The fever reduced by 13 january morning. But I got a small tiny lump inside of my tongue where we swallow food. It's very much paining and making difficult to eat any food. It's not going away.
