My self pavan I am fat so I want to loose weight. Can you suggest how is it possible to loose weight. Pls need full help as soon as possible?

You should go for a brisk walk atleast 1 hour. Do exercise 15 to 20 minutes. You take in the morning one glass lukewarm water. You take a apple in the daily morning, you can follow balance diet. Use salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals, don't use table salt. Avoid junk food, drink water more.
