There can be many factors due to which gaining proper weight is difficult.
•Over active Lifestyle or high Metabolism.
Tips to help you gain weight are:-
1.Increase your carbohydrate content in the once major meals.
2.Increase your snack size.
3.No fluids before and in between of meals.
Increase concentrated calories like:-
•Nuts and seeds for example: Almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds.
•Increase your dairy and its products like: cheese and butter.
Have short and intense workout instead of lengthy cardio dominated one.
