I did a complete health checkup. My sgpt is 89, 1 year before it was 90 and 6 months before it was 66. I never see this going to normal. Sgot is normal. Ultra sound done, fatty liver grade 1. That is there for last 6 years. Ldl 205, hdl 44, triglycerides 125 total bilirubin is 1.47 and direct bilirubin is 0.1 and indirect is 1.37 why is my sgpt always high. Is there any test needed to find why this is always high. Doctor said due to fatty liver, but is there any other cause.
