I have heard that taking protein powder with water results in weight loss. And I want to grow muscles simultaneously. So my question is that will taking protein powder add up to my muscles as well or not. (I am working out too)

Dear lybrate user, I am not in favour of taking protein powder. There are so many things at home by which you can take protein like boiled eggs, cheese, grams, soyabeans nuts etc.
