start doing speed work, and make sure you are in ground everyday in morning at 5:30 am. start doing skipping, long running, pushups. find the fiitest cricketer in your academy, do friendship with him and ask him to do fitness with you, today is cricket all about fitness, if you want to play for your country than you have to be an athlete. best wishes see you in team India
