I would like to add ragi millets to my diet how many times can I take it what are the effects of using excess of ragi millets how many times in a week I can eat food made of ragi millets.

It is easy to digest. It is rich in calcium and protein and also have good amount of iron and other minerals. Major portion of Ragi Flour is carbohydrate, followed by protein and fiber.it is commonly used as ragi flour. Hope this helps u.
