What should be my protein and carbs intake? I am not into bodybuilding but I workout 7 days in a week (5 days in gym and 2 days outside).

Definitely you need to increase your protein and carb intake. Include lot of dry fruits, nuts, egg whites, soya tofu, paneer, chicken, fish, shell fishery also. Consume high fibre complex carbs like jowar, quinoa, bajra, rye, flaxseed, etc.
