Im so thin and tall. I tried many tips to gain weight but disappointed. Please help me gaining my weight.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday after follow this diet if your weight remaining same then there is some harmon problem. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.
