I am 46 years old male. I'm suffering pain in whole body near about 10 days. The doctor gave me rhus tux 200, arnica 200, belis per 200. But still I am suffering this. The pain was started in from neck and then chest, two hands, hip etc. I have the fear from death. have the drowsiness.

Neck pain is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain. We suggest neck mobilization exercises that would reduce the stress falling on the shoulder. We also suggest patients to do shoulder mobilization exercises ie. general shoulder movements/neck movements which will help you to improve the blood circulation. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.
