Hi doctors my heart beat is getting increased sometimes. It happening from past 6 month. Most of the time it's happen after sleeping suddenly woke up and feel my heart beat is high. After some times it's got normal. When it was to high then it's falls between 100 to 130. When it's normal I seen 70-100. I don't know what is the reason behind it. I did ecg test as per physician and Dr. told it's anxiety. Please help me what to do next.
