I am 24 year old male and I had undergone achilles tendon rupture surgery back in 5 months. Now I am advised to walk with full weight bearing but I can't walk properly having some lag in my walking style I think due to I am having some ankle stiffness due to surgery near ankle region. How can I resolve this issue to walk properly and jogging running etc physical activities how much time take to return my sports activities and should I necessary to consult a physician to overcome this issue?
