Hii sir I am suffering from anal fissure since 4 months doctor advice to take cremaffin syrup 3 weeks pre day 20 ml but I am using still 3 month per day tor 5 ml enough for me but I am constipated now without taking this I thinking that it was dependency. Or I am constipated ?plz tell me suggestion sir now I use the syrup or not please sir.

Hello. Cremaffin is not habit forming or creates dependancy. But if you don't correct the constipation with the help of plenty of water and high amount of fruits, fibres then, without the laxative, you will have constipation. If you correct the intake, it will not required. Also, cremaffin is not harmful even if it is used for a longer duration.
