Age 29, weight 85 kg, height 5 ft11 inch, unmarried. Since 2015, I started having numbness and tingling in th body which started from legs and now it acquired whole body. Even the slight pressure on body creates tingling like while I sit on western toilet m legs tingles.in 2016, I had my nerve conduction test, it was normal and vitamin b12 was low at that time ,it was around 180 (range 190 to 200. Doctor have medicine for around 1 months I took it but felt no improvement. Since 2017, I am also having gastritis which was due to h.pylori but now h.pylori eradicated but wounds in stomach are there from where some time blood bleeds causing stool to be black but I am on medication since 15 days ,my whole body joints are paining and whole body used to have tingling. My hb is 17 (it remains almost in this range, rbc is 5.5 (range upto 5.5), vit d - 18 (range above 30) ,vit b12 - 110 (range 180 to 900. Doctor recommend me injection you days continuously and 7 days alternatively. Do my severe numbness and tingling is due to vit b12 deficiency and if I have this deficiency as indicated by report ,then how my rbc and hb is in good range. Please clarify.
