I have been diagnosed with adhd and I was prescribed inspiral 10 sr. It only gave me clarity for 2 hours. After that I was given addwize 18 od. Which is better but still only 5 hours for me. I need something consistent like concert but i'm not getting that from anywhere in delhi. It really effects my mood in a bad way. And the tradeoff for 5 hours is not worth it. Please help me with my medication. I need to find an appropriate dose. If I can know where to buy concert. I can ask my psychiatrist to prescribe me.

Hello, prescribingedications for adhd is dependent on body weight and the clinical response. You being a 19 year old, I think both doses are inadequate (inspiral as well as addwize). Also, dose titration requires monitoring of response and side effects. It is better you consult a psychiatrist and then do dose adjustment.
