I am 21 year old student. My legs get numbed very easily after sitting cross legged for sometime. And when I sit I slouch very easily and can't maintain a upright position for my spine. My joints of my body pop and crack very frequently although I do not have pain in my joints as of now. Can someone guide me should I see a neurologist and check for my spine and nerves. I do some yoga and stretching but then also I feel my body becomes stiff very easily.
