Age 30, problem is when am trying to pull back penis foreskin over the glans. After that my glans become enlarge and foreskin can't move to front to normal position. Also at time of erect my penis becomes enlarge and fatty. Foreskin is little tight like rubber band to pull back over the glans. Pls advise for some solutions without surgery.
