I have a table job last 1 year and my weight is 85 kgs and before job my weight is 70 please help me too lost my weight.

*do daily exercise regularly or walking 3-4 km or yoga daily. *engage yourself in pleasurable exercise like fast walking or jogging, cycling, swimming, aerobic exercises, dancing, any outdoor games, as per physician advise. *eat low calorie diet, low fat. *avoid junk food. *don't eat two big meals. Take frequent & small meals.
