Dear lybrate user,
weight loss and management is depends upon the calory. You must take your diet according to calory.
Take low calory green leafy vegetables and fruits etc. Which are easy to digest as well as containing vitamins, minerals etc.
Don't take heavy food, fast food, junk food, oliy food, spicy food, rice, potato etc.
Drink more water 3 litres in a day.
Manage the stress and anger.
Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week.
Regular do yogasana / pranayam / exercise etc can help you in weight loss.
Don't skip breakfast. Regular take breakfast good. But take less diet in dinner.
Take easily digestible food more.
Take protein rich diet more. Avoid high sugar diet sweets, rice, potatoes etc.
