I went for spiritual organization. From there in middle of the night some ringing/spinning/humming ,some time even devotional sound started in the head/ears especially left from 1.5 yers and till going on which is high at night times. I feel it's reason when spiritual awakening happens, anahat naad which rings from the ears. Is there anyway or tests can be done which is not tinnitus or root cause for this.
