I have got folliculitis like pimples on my thighs and buttocks like around 4 or 5 and 3 on my back. They contain white liquid in them they are swelled a bit and pain when I touch them. They vanish within 3 to 4 days but come again at some different spot. I don't have fever or cough. What can it be due to?
