I started gym about 1 month ago and I gain 60-64 kg weight but now the gaining of my body stop. How I get big muscles without any protien or weight gainer. Give me advice like my body gaining start as soon as possible.

Manu join gym with high protein diet..use flax seed with yogurt and berries before going to bed..add olive oil to salad..include mixed nuts..broccoli,spinach,tomatoes,oranges,apples,carrots are very good for gaining muscles..take oatsmeal or cornflaxs in breakfast..maximum intake of green tea and water..red meat,fish oil,wild salmon,turkey is good for gaing muscles..
