Hello doctor, I had a skin lift burn from upper lip wax (05/11/2021) applied aloe vera then started coconut oil. The scabs came out but now, it has spread across and hurts. Keeps on forming yellowish scabs that dry and come off. Really itchy and stinging at times. Have started using kailash jeevan but came across silver gel. Which one recommended for best and fastest recovery. Silver ion gel/silver heal/silver av cream. Or should I use cipladine or something else. I am really confused. Please help. It stings after new pink skin and scab reforms.
