I am a renal transplant patient. My ciclosporin and everolimus level was low and serum creatinine was 1.45. My doctor increased my neoral (ciclosporin) and certican (everolimus) dose, now the ciclosporin and everolimus level are fine but serum creatinine increased to 2.0. Is this because of change in dose. Please advise how to control the serum creatinine.
