From past 6 months, I was having novelon tablet for my irregular period & heavy pain & high prolactin. Serum prolactin was 31.5 & prolactin after peg precipitation 27.2. I've stopped taking novelon last month. I had my period on 30th sep. Right now it's 14 nov. I haven't got my period. We had unprotected sex in oct. After that i've tested urine pregnancy twice. It's negative still. Now doctor told me to wait for 1 week more. Then told me to test urine pregnancy once more & after that if the result is negative she told me to take regestrone5 tablet twice a day for 5 days. Should I take regestrone 5 in high prolactin? Please help me regarding this. Thank you in advance.

1) examining gynecologist considers everything and then advises. 2) I don't see any specific treatment for high prolactin. 3) was thyroid also investigated?
