In a case of 12 years child with spastic quadriplegic cp, has a windswept hip deformity and mild scoliosis, popliteal angle is 90� in both leg according to his physiotherapist his gmfcs is level 4, my question is what will happened if windswept hip deformity left untreated? What are the complication? Can it treated conservatively? What are the indication of surgery?
