I want suggest balance diet for you. You should go for brisk walk 45 minutes in every morning, and do exercise atleast 10 minutes and you take healthy breakfast like a vegetable poha/upma/daliya/sprouts /fruit salad/oats etc. In lunch -2chapati/1bowl dal/green leafy vegetale/1bowl rice/ curd. Use salad before lunch and dinner, in evening -tea/coffee/ marry gold/digestive marrie biscuits snacks-sandwich/sprouts /murmure/buttermilk/any fruits dinner same as lunch bad time-1 glass milk without fat (cream)
