Do health check ups Along with this do exercise like muscle building exercise to gain weight.Avoid to skip meals.Take extra food than before.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Eat more protein foods.Add ghee,butter with foods.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.These are common things but for more details consult me privately on Lybrate.
