From saturday my daughter is not well, fever 101,102 gave p-250 and meftal-p still fever is not getting control. Now giving dolo-250 still same. What am I supposed to do ,my daughter is 3 years old.

You r trying all paracetamol by different names meftal is mefeneic acid. Don't you think you should at least consult a jhola chap even? Your kid is in problem. Cefexim 100 dt two times a day after food for three to five days. With meftal p montek lc suspension 2 ml at night advice cbc widal dengue serology with ns1 if fever persist.
