I eat more now a days and also I sleep for five hours every day but my weight is decreasing day by day why is this happening.

You should have 54 kg according to height.Do health check up if there is any health related problem.Otherwise follow these ---Eat extra amount of food than before.Do not skip meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These leads to weight loss.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use whole cream milk.Take extra fish,egg,meat etc.Use healthy oil in cooking.Take stress free rest for 7-8 hours at night.Use supplement in this regard.For more details and quick result consult me privately on lybrate.
