Hi. Loose gums indicate that you are not maintaining oral hygiene properly. If your gums do not bleed on brushing, you can start rinsing with lukewarm water with salt in it, minimum 5 times a day. After a week, you will notice marked improvement in gum loosening. Don't use any medicine as of now, just brushing twice daily and rinse should be fine.
