I feel like I need to vent a little bit. I survived my work week and today is my first day off. The past couple weeks i've had a very hard time sleeping and i've tried nearly everything I could to try and get some rest, but still I could only manage to get three to four hours of sleep almost every.

This may be your stress You need good rest, some peace and relaxing techniques like yoga, meditation and some exercise. It should work. If it doesn't see your doctor.
