Hi lybrate-user. Your ideal body weight as per your height is 77 kgs. Don't work too hard to loose weight. You can work on maintaining the current weight. Whenever you go for a gym workout, take a fruit or handful of nuts 30 mins before your workout. Take a protein and carbs rich diet post workout. Eg. Take boiled eggs with a fruit / a bowl of sprouts with a fruit / yogurt + fruits + dry fruits / museli milk with dry fruits. You are doing a weight training carry a bottle of water or lemon water to take in between your workout to keep up the energy levels. Maintain a good water intake of up to 2.5 liters daily. Take a heavy breakfast rich in proteins and carbs, lunch comprised of proteins, carbs and fiber, dinner should be very light in carbs and more fiber and protein. Include the mid morning and evening snacks in between your meals.
