Hi there, I have been having trouble breathing for a quite a no. Of years started when I was in +2. Shown to some doctors everyone has ruled out asthma. But I am having trouble with allergies and now I hear whistles when I breathe and I f I take stairs I struggle to breathe. Now you am not able to sleep at nights because of the breath problem which is just affecting my daily routine. What should I do should I be visiting doctors of some sort of specialty relating to chest.

DEAR Lybrate USER. Follow few basic things so that you get better results in short period of time?. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals ?. 3) don?t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal?4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods?. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits ?. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) TAKE 30 ml of divya shawasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals, early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals.
