I had bad covid this year. Since recovery, I have started forgetting things and feel very low. My d dimer was high. This situation has impacted me in a major way. Any suggestions to handle.

Keep yourselg hydrated, eat well, sleep well, and get light exercise .be physically active. Also make sure you spend some time outdoors in the fresh air and interact with people.
