HERE ARE SOME GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU General instructions ?Take meals in frequent intervals (ie every 2-3 hours) ?Do not skip the meals ?Take munakka, makhana, khajoor, anjeer, chuhara, nuts with milk ?Take compulsory milk and milk products like yogurt, shakes, smoothies, sweet lassi, paneer, khoya etc. ?Add soya flour, chana flour in your wheat flour chapatti. * TAKE PROTIEN RICH FOODS- PANEER, LOBIA, DAL, BESAN, KALA CHANA, SOYA.
