Thyroid is two type.:-- 1. Hypothyroidism:- Symptoms of hypothyroidism are UNEXPECTED WEIGHT GAIN , FATIGUE, WEAKNESS, DRY HAIR AND HAIR LOSS, DRY SKIN, COLD INTOLERANCE ,MUSCLE CRAMPS OR MUSCLES ACHE. 2. Hyperthyroidism :- Symptoms of hyperthyroidism are unexpected weight loss, rapid or irregular heart beat, palpitation, increase appetite, anxiety, stress, fatigue, trembling of hands, sweating, scant or irregular period, increase bowel movements, enlargement of thyroid gland. these are controled by medicines and diets. Eating in hypothyroidism as iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day. eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. it help in reducing over weight also Eat in hyperthyroidism: avoid salty foods, sea foods, whole milk, red meat, take vit-b12, vit-c, vit-d foods, barccoli, soya products, cauliflower, kale, fresh fruits and veg., omega-3 fatty acid foods,
